Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Body Aware Massage is a therapist-owned holistic spa offering both wellness and medical massage in a supportive, collaborative environment. We’re a busy, well-established practice with a steady clientele and we’re looking for skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team!

Current Opening:

Please let us know in your cover letter what your current schedule availability is. Shifts available weekends and weekdays, but at least one weekend day is required.

What We Offer:

-A steady flow of clients

-Encouragement to focus on your preferred modalities

-Pay range: 50%–60% commission + tips DOE

-Average earnings: $80+ per hour (with tips included)

-W2 employee or 1099 contractor options

-Training in medical massage and insurance credentialing available (Preference for applicants already credentialed)

What We’re Looking For:

-Strong deep tissue skills (required)

-Oregon massage license (current)

-Liability insurance (current)

-2+ years of hands-on experience preferred but newer therapists are welcome to apply

-Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work

-Professional, reliable, and punctual

-Timely SOAP note documentation

-Basic computer skills

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
