(2) Hybrid Lease - great for stylists building or rebuilding their client list

There is a continuous stream of new clients for stylists still building. If you are a client oriented, team player with a hunger to succeed in this industry we would love for you to be part of our team! Must maintain a cosmetology or barber license in Oregon and an independent contractor license. Must have at least 2 years behind the chair. Full and Part time available.

HYBRID LEASE OPTION:

- Same as standard Lease, except weekly rent is based on a percentage of your sales

- Rent is only 35% of your sales, so you never have to pay more rent than you earned that week!

- When sufficiently established, you can switch to a regular lease.
