Offering:

Full Time, Thursday - Monday, 6PM - after close (hours subject to extend based on the season)

$24.00 -$27.00 / hour, DOE

This position involves training and scheduling a team of guards, with overall responsibility for nightly expectations falling under the General Managers. Our security team operates on the principle of warm, inviting hospitality and excellent customer service, serving as ambassadors and liaisons between guests and staff. Primary duties include supporting Front of House operations, monitoring alcohol consumption, managing crowd dynamics, and de-escalating and resolving conflicts to ensure everyone in the building has an enjoyable and safe experience.

Requirements:

2 + years of lead security experience

Availability up to 35 hours per week

DPSST License (or PS20)

First Aid/CPR Certification

NVCI Training

Viable candidates will be able to:

Experience training and coaching team members

Experience building out schedules

use verbal judo to diffuse situations without the use of force

interact positively with all walks of life

create a positive atmosphere with your presence

be calm and assertive, polite but firm

know how to cut off guests discreetly and professionally

be compassionate and treat each situation carefully

uphold and enforce all Federal, State, OLCC laws and regulations

uphold and enforce all house policies

assist as needed with operational and closing duties.

undertake light cleaning and maintenance

use a two way radio system to communicate with staff

able to write and type log entries clearly and legibly
