Responsibilities
As an Assistant Retail Experience Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day and long-term success of your store. This position will help create the best customer experience by focusing on what matters most, the team. You will assist with onboarding, managing floor operations, coaching in the moment, performance management & check-ins, scheduling and ongoing education of our Outfitters. You will also be responsible for fostering customer happiness and be knowledgeable in day-to-day functions that help the day run smoothly.

Additional responsibilities:
Supports the General Manager
Assists with onboarding new employees
Able to assist with check-ins and performance management – either independently or cooperatively
Great educator: Coaches in the moment and helps provide ongoing education to Outfitters
Assists with scheduling
Responsible for fostering customer happiness
Knowledgeable in day-to-day functions that help the day run smoothly
Must Help Out with All Inventory Days
Acts as “Manager on Duty” when RXM is not present
Qualifications
Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of retail experience in a customer-facing sales setting
Passion for managing, training, and motivating employees
Can own and manage administrative tasks, customer interactions and a fast-paced environment while staying organized
Fosters growth of others through recognition, coaching and development opportunities
Promotes individual and team performance by setting expectations, delegating and by providing tools and resources
Builds and maintains trust from staff and customers by using sound judgement
Passionate, positive, self-motivated and detail-oriented
Collaborative and customer-centric
Willing to go above and beyond when needed
Communicates professionally with customers and team
Delivers the best customer experience by creating a positive staff culture with a focus on performance management and education

Pay Range: $19.50-$21 per hour
Additional Requirements - Hours of work for this position may vary based on company needs. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
