Position Open: Customer Service Representative. Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Location: Portland, OR
What You’ll Do:
Build and successfully maintain customer relationships and provide customer support for company products. Our companies are Industrial Source, ADCOA, LPM, National Extinguisher Service and National Fire Fighter Corp. The main focus for this position is Industrial Source.
Determine what customers want, help create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales support process
Problem-solve and actively seek solutions with grace & integrity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Be a trusted primary point of contact for our customers while also working as a team with account managers in the field
Create and maintain a database of potential customers to use as a tool for proactive on-going sales & customer service follow up
Fully understand our products, brand, and customers
Pro-actively keep everyone in the loop with your professional communication

Understanding of who your customers are. Your primary customers are within a variety of different industries, including but not limited to manufacturing and metal fabrication, energy and chemical, life sciences and healthcare, university labs, food and beverage including wineries and breweries, construction, indoor crops, and aerospace and defense.
