Administrative Assistant/Accounting/Customer Svc
Oregon, Portland, 97201 Portland USAComputer Link Northwest, your local computer support and repair specialist, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! This multifaceted part-time role is vital to our operations, providing exceptional customer service, managing our financial processes, and ensuring a smooth-running office environment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Answer phones and emails promptly, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule customer appointments and ensure clear communication regarding service details.
Oversee our ticketing system and assist with the timely completion of tasks.
Accounting:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using accounting software.
Reconcile bank statements and generate reports as needed.
Office Management:
Manage office supplies and inventory, proactively ordering when necessary.
Oversee office organization and cleanliness.
Prepare meeting rooms and presentations as required.
Provide general administrative support to staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Hours:
18-24 hours a week with the opportunity to grow.
