MACHINE SHOP OPERATOR

Seeking Machinist, or skilled NC operator with honesty, integrity and a work ethic for an established .job shop. A great environment to develop programming and manufacturing skills in a job shop. Lots of one/ten off parts not a high production shop. Bored making the same part every day, give us a look.

DUTIES

-set up and run CNC mills or lathes

-machine parts accurately to blue prints

-inspect parts to maintain quality

-preform secondary operations

-write G&M codes to edit or create new programs

-assist with methods of manufacture to produce product

work schedule work Monday Through Friday 40 hours per week

Qualified applicant must be able to read a tape measure, and measure pipe and tube accurately. -absolute thinking and detail orientated

-math, decision making, problem solving and critical thinking skills

-sense of urgency

-pride in your work

-manual machine skills helpful Some heavy lifting required
