Personal Injury Law Firm Seeks Full Time Paralegal

We are a busy personal injury law firm in downtown Portland seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Primary duties include:

Managing incoming calls;

Potential client intake screening;

Creating and maintaining client files;

Assisting with medical record retrieval, review, organization, and production;

Drafting demands and legal pleadings;

Scheduling and calendaring.

Qualifications:

Prior experience with personal injury cases;

Strong phone and customer service skills;

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team;

Excellent time management and organizational skills;

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Knowledge of the liability insurance claims and litigation process a plus;

Fluent Spanish speaker a plus.
