Commercial Landscape Installation Crew Leads

Hiring immediately. 2 full time crew leads

This is full-time, permanent work with benefits.

We employ all our employees 12 months per year, 40+hours per week.

Pay is based on experience $26+ Prevailing wage work available.

Requirements: Crew Lead

3+ years of experience as a lead (verifiable)

Follow all safety procedures

Adhere to all company policies

Show up to work on time ever day

Able to read plans and follow specifications

Manage a crew of 2-8 crew members

Communicate effectively

Duties:

All aspects or landscape construction

Installation of irrigation, pavers, block walls, plants and materials, etc

Physically able to complete all landscape tasks

Read and follow provided plans

Assign tasks to others and review work

May assist other crews or departments
