dental office front desk

We are looking for a dental front office team member in our busy 4 op practice in Cascade Park who has 2+ years’ experience, knowledge in dental insurance and treatment planning, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Dentrix experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include answering multiple phone lines, checking patients in and out, presenting treatment plans, scheduling appointments, collecting/settling financial payments and insurance eligibility/benefits. Monday through Thursday, with typically 34 hours per week.

Competitive pay range, $23+, depending on experience with medical, dental, PTO, 401k and staff bonus
