We prefer someone with pizza experience. Non-negotiable are a strong work ethic and the ability to be professional in a club environment, including treating the people working there with respect. You'll need to stay cool under the pressure of late-night rushes, take pride in the quality of the food, and leave the kitchen clean and stocked at the end of your shift.
