Service Technician – Industrial Machinery

Your primary focus in this role is to provide customers with excellent technical customer service and ensure complete satisfaction. Responsibilities include installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, analyzing, while maintaining, repairing, and training of Syntegon Telstar equipment and associated products.Key Responsibilities:Perform on-site installation, start-up, commissioning, and service of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.Execute preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs on mechanical and electrical systemsTroubleshoot motors, pumps, valves, sensors, heaters, PLC I/O, HMIs, and related control componentsIdentify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actionsSupport customer operations by providing equipment operation guidance and basic training.
