In-Person Focus Groups on SAT, March 16 and MON, March 18, 2024

Truth In Litigation will be holding a 4-hour In-Person Focus Group (in Downtown Portland, OR) on each of the following dates:

SATURDAY, March 16, 2024 from 10am – 2pm

MONDAY, March 18, 2024 from 5:30pm – 9:30pm

The pay for each is $95 + $5 for parking/trimet via Paypal or Venmo (domestic US only) + food/drink onsite

Seeking current residents of Multnomah County, OR (and surrounding counties) as participants.

All backgrounds, ages, etc. are encouraged to apply.

More details will be emailed to you, if you are chosen for one of the focus groups.

To apply:

1. Go to the website www.truthinlitigation.com

2. Go to the 'mock juror sign-up' tab

3. Complete the online survey once (and by no later than)

a) FRIDAY, March 15, 2024 at Noon to be considered for both focus groups.

or by

b) SUNDAY, March 17, 2024 at 7pm to be considered for the MONDAY 3/18 focus group.

Applicants will be contacted via call, text and/or email starting immediately (and no later than 2PM on FRIDAY, March 15, 2024 for 3/16 and 9pm SUNDAY, March 17, 2024 for 3/18), to confirm who has and has not been initially chosen. Participants chosen will only be asked to participate in one of these two focus groups.

Chosen applicants will be directed to a complete a confidentiality agreement (including PayPal or Venmo payment information) prior to being provided the location information for the focus group.

1. Our groups are purposefully small, and no-shows are deeply impactful. We respect your time and value your contribution, we only ask you to please provide us with the same respect. So please accept only if you are confident you can participate. We appreciate your consideration!

2. Your information is completely confidential. Truth In Litigation takes seriously the trust you place in us when you provide us your information. In return, we protect your information fiercely. We do not ever sell or give your information to others to use for marketing because we don't like it when other organizations do it to us. Any information that is shared with clients is done so without your personal identifiers (last name, phone, email, employer). This protects the participant, as well as the integrity and results of the focus group.
