Relief Maintenance Manager

Join our team in the Historic Pearl District of NW Portland! We are looking for a Relief Maintenance Manager to work 22 hours a week at our self-storage facility located in a charming century old brick building, in one of Portland’s most exciting neighborhoods. Our team is fully engaged in the local business community and interacts with a wide variety of personable customers and tenants.

The work schedule is Sunday 10am - 4pm, Monday 8am - 2pm, and Tuesday 8am - 6pm. For a total of 22 hours a week. THIS POSITION IS PRIMARILY MAINTENANCE. Must have strong maintenance, janitorial, office & customer service skills. Property management experience is a plus.

Must also be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a valid driver’s license.

$19.00 - $21.00 an hour depending on experience, FREE PARKING, 3 paid holidays & sick days, 22 hours paid vacation after the 1st year, plus vision & dental coverage available.

Must have good employment references and pass a complete background check.
