ACCOUNTANT

We are an industry leader based in downtown Camas WA seeking an ACCOUNTANT to join our team. You will be responsible for the accounting, payroll, costing and financial reporting functions in a professional office environment. Areas of Responsibility include:

Financial Reporting

Banking and Cash Management

G/L Account Reconciliations

Credit Management

Multi-state Payroll for WA & OR

Tax Filings including payroll, sales & use, excise and property taxes

Benefit Administration

Backup for A/P, A/R, Invoicing & Payments

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Business

Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in Accounting

Experience processing in-house payroll

Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks (including payroll)

Special consideration given for experience in cost accounting for manufacturing
