Residential Carpenter or Lead Carpenter

We are a design/build residential construction company based in Ashland with a focus on smaller-scale new custom homes.

We are looking to hire an experienced lead carpenter or carpenter

The ideal candidate will have:

-At least 5 years experience in all aspects of new custom residential construction (layout, framing, windows and doors, siding and interior trim).

-A full tool setup.

-Reliable transportation.

-An interest in expanding their skill-set, sustainable building, and building science.

-An appreciation of building and craftsmanship with a commitment to making our jobsites productive as well as an enjoyable place to work. If you don't enjoy carpentry and building please don't apply.

Licensed contractor or employee status are both possibilities. Pay depends on skill level but we aim to provide top pay for high quality work.
