Resident On Site Manager

CPM Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a Resident On Site Manager for a 56 unit apartment complex in Medford, OR. This position requires an organized self-starter, who is good at interacting with current and prospective renters, has some general maintenance skills, and 1 – 3 years of previous residential property management experience. Must be able to pass a full background check.

Duties include:

Tenant relations

Showing prospective tenants apartments

Interior inspections

Walking the property daily to ensure cleanliness

Assisting Corporate Office with rent collection, notices

Light maintenance desired (general handyperson duties including painting)

Pool chemical testing (May – Sept.)
