Entry Level Cabinet Maker

Position Summary:

This is a hands-on, entry-level role with opportunities for rapid growth into higher-responsibility positions. You’ll be involved in everything from basic shop support and deliveries to high-end cabinet and laminate work. Training is provided.

Primary Responsibilities:

General shop work: cleaning, organizing, moving materials

Preparing and cleaning cabinet parts for assembly

Attaching hardware (hinges, drawer fronts, etc.)

Assisting with subassemblies (drawer boxes, toe kicks)

Tail-off work on machinery (stacking material)

Loading and unloading trucks for deliveries and pickups

Minimum Requirements:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50–100 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience with power tools, woodworking, or carpentry

Familiarity with cabinet shop environments

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
