Apartment Maintenance

Ocean Winds Apartments is seeking a part-time (25hrs) handyman/painter/maintenance and repair person. Job involves painting unit turns, janitorial cleaning and overall all apartment maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

Work independently and become a Team Player

Have tools (some)

Pass background check and drug screening

Fair Housing Training or we will provide a Fair Housing course every year

Work shift (can be flexible) 8:30-2:00 (allows 30min lunch)
