Roofing Help Wanted – Seasonal Work, Experienced Only

We’re looking for a skilled roofer to join our crew as the season winds down. This is not guaranteed full-time work, but we’ve got jobs lined up and need someone reliable to help us finish strong, and to respond to leak-repairs as they come in through the winter. We will do our best to provide as many hours per week as possible.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience with composition roofing, metal roofing, and vinyl repair (5+ years experience preferred)

- Ability to handle tear-offs, repairs, and installs

- Comfortable working on pitched and low-slope roofs

- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

- Valid Oregon Drivers License

Job Duties:

- Leak repairs on comp, vinyl, metal roofs

- Installing comp, vinyl, metal roofs

- Tearing off roofs

- Driving company trucks to and from jobsites (Valid ODL is required for this purpose)

- Ability to do wood repairs (fascia, barge rafters, sheathing) a plus!

We’re a small, tight-knit team based in Grants Pass, and we take pride in doing clean, honest work. If you know your way around a roof and can jump in without hand-holding, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay based on experience. Minimum $23.00/hr. Work starts ASAP. Could lead to fulltime employment in the spring if it’s a good fit!
