Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a person to join our crew. This person must be capable of learning and being responsible, trustworthy and capable of working independently. This role includes all facets of work orders, unit maintenance and turn upon move out (painting, caulking, minor plumbing). Though not a complete list tasks include:

Exterior Maintenance

Painting

Minor Plumbing

Concrete Repair

Finish Carpentry

Trash Pick Up

Organizing trash enclosures

Weed Eating
