Janitorial Floor Maintenance

Floor maintenance position available in Medford. Graveyard shift, 11pm - 7am, 5 nights week. Applicant must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation,. Must be self motivated, attentive to details, TAKE PRIDE IN WORK. Ability to follow instruction/procedures. Able to work as a team with others, complete projects, inventory management.

Duties include dust moping, wet moping, floor finish application, use of scrubbing/buffing equipment, observance of safety protocols. Lifting mop buckets (45lbs), bending, walking. Exp. Preferred, will train motivated candidate.
