Field work compensation: $15+/hr or $3,500+/month based on experience

Trimming compensation: $35-$40/pound final trim after initial machine trim; $8/pound bucking with scissors

We are led by a passionate, creative, and a hardworking team of cannabis cultivation and processing experts. We are an outdoor cultivation facility in Cave Junction and will be paying you as a W-2 employee. Our project is quickly growing, and we are looking to build a solid team for the long term, with raises and bonuses for consistency and loyalty. We are also looking to hire part time, or seasonal. We strive to produce the highest quality cannabis flower and extracted products at our state-of-the-art facilities in Oregon. We are looking for a Cultivation Technician Assistant that can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures.

In this farm there are two roles you may pick from, or do both of:

Buck and trim flower payed per pound. (There is a brief stint now, then long term starting late July.)

Assist cultivation manager and lead cultivators with all aspects of the cultivation process.

Currently, this role involves cloning and transplanting clones.

Cultivation includes plant maintenance on all aspects of growth cycle including:

Cloning

Vegetative

Flowering

Take-down and post-harvest

Assist with defoliation, pruning, and up-potting, and trellising

Conduct irrigation maintenance

Maintain appropriate biosecurity measures

Clean and sanitize workspace per Company SOPs.

Assist with plant movements in accordance with Company SOPs and state regulation.

Skills and experience you have

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Previous experience in a labor/general labor role strongly desired.

Strong attention to detail and familiar with warehouse procedures.

Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.

Ability to complete works in a timely manner and continually strive to increase productivity.

Ability to stand for long period of time and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work with a team as well as independently.

Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/ or holidays, up to 6 days a week or 55 hours a week.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have an OLCC Worker Permit.
