OLCC Farm Hiring: Seasonal Harvest Workers ($17-19)-

We are a small family owned and operated OLCC recreational cannabis farm looking for hourly employees to help harvest. Harvest includes: Running trim pro's, Stripping wet flower for fresh frozen production, taking down dry rooms, garden clean-up/pulling root balls, and hanging plants. We may also need help bucking down and clean up of machined flower. We generally work Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm but we may have to work weekends depending on the weather. There will be some gaps in work as flower is drying.

We are located 5 minutes drive from Ruch and about 15-20 min from Medford.

Work starts right away.

Qualifications:

Have valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit in hand daily.

Be at least 21 years of age

Take directions and retain information.

Must have great communication skills

Must be able to work long hours in adverse weather

must be able to stand most of the day (besides breaks:)

Reliable transportation

Must be drama free

No cigarette smoking/drinking or drugs

No dogs

No Tweakers

No Camping
