What we are looking for:

Turnovers of Rental Properties

Carpentry

Painting

General Repair

Appliance Install and Removal

Landscaping

Power Washing

Basic Knowledge of Electrical

Basic Knowledge of Plumbing

Flooring, Tile, Wood, Laminate
