Bartender/Server

Peerless Restaurant & Bar is seeking an experienced craft cocktail bartender/server to join our dedicated team. We hope to find someone who can maintain a sharp bar space while making craft cocktails and providing our guests with outstanding hospitality in our bar section.

This position will entail 4-day work weeks most of the year and 5-day weeks from May through July. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 pm to 9 pm for dinner service. Our longest shifts in the summer are from 3:30 to 11 pm.

The position fulfills responsibilities in the following functional areas: bar prep, high-volume bartending, executing our dinner service pattern, and overseeing the daily maintenance of the bar and its equipment. Our bar has five seats, and our dining areas have a combined capacity of over 100 seats (indoors and in our gardens).
