HIRING FOR CLOSERS: Front-of-House & Dishwasher

We are looking for our fabulous next addition to the Sweet Beet Station team! We are a counter-service restaurant in Talent, Oregon that specializes in breakfast/brunch/lunch with espresso/coffee + beer/wine/cocktails. We are open seven days a week, from 8 am - 3 pm.

For all positions, please note: we have an open kitchen and value sanitation of both self and space; in other words, all the guests and crew can see us all the time. 18 years and older. We will train the right candidate - personality much more important to us than work history.

We are looking for a DISHWASHER/BACK WAITER: 11 pm - close (about 4 pm). 3-5 days a week!

This is a blended position w/ emphasis on washing dishes while also helping w/ bussing tables, delivering food & drinks, and helping as needed.

FRONT-OF-HOUSE CLOSER: 10 am - close (about 4 pm). 3-5 days a week!

This is a blended position is which you will be responsible for all front-of-house duties (taking orders, running food, making drinks etc.) as well as back-prep for cook crew as needed, and assisting dishwasher with busing tables, putting dishes away, and being generally everywhere. Kindness and competence are the most important personality traits for this position. Super fast paced work, and we need someone who thrives in multi-tasking and problem solving.
