HR Assistant

Description Robert Half is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our client's teams and contribute to our mission of empowering our employees.Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

Process employee documentation related to changes in status, promotions, and terminations.

Handle basic employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing employee engagement events and initiatives.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field desired.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
