Troubleshoot, test, and repair electronic circuits and audio componentsInterpret schematic diagrams and other engineering drawings and documentsUse test fixtures to test and troubleshoot circuits, components, and PCA boardsUse soldering and other hands-on techniques to repair detailed components on PCA boardsProvide technical support to field technicians performing diagnosis and repair of complex electronic systems, including by phone and emailSupport installation of audio systems by offering written and verbal instructions and guidanceCompose written technical instructionsDocument test results, parts usage, etc.Identify and follow through on projects/needed products and servicesCollaborate with other members of the team, including Technical Support, Engineering, and Production departments
