We are looking to hire a Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team!Responsibilities

Developing performance models and infrastructure

Collaboration with Hardware architecture and Software framework teams

Developing and analyzing novel Neural Networks architectures

Writes customized reports and functional specifications for a product or product feature. Reviews and provides feedback on other engineer's documentation. Creates standardized procedures for teams to follow.

Reviews documentation to help ensure that the appropriate requirements and improvements are included in relevant hardware designs and specifications by applying an understanding of how complex features or products work under a variety of customer scenarios.

Displays deep knowledge in a specific and complex engineering domain or knowledge in multiple technical areas. Shares and acquires advanced knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, the customer experience, and advances in various engineering fields.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of technical engineering experience

OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of technical engineering experience

OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years of technical engineering experience

OR Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience developing performance modeling and simulation

3+ years of experience working on performance analysis of large language models, training and inference

3+ years of experience in python programming and Software engineering

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of technical engineering experience

OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience

OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience

OR Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years of technical engineering experience.

3 + years of hands on experience working with machine learning frame work like PyTorch/TensorFlow/Triton

Understanding of prevailing Graphic Processing Unit/Machine learning accelerator architecture

Hardware Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
