Automotive Technician

Location: North Eugene Automotive – Eugene, OR

Pay: $22.00 – $38.00 per hour | Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (can be flexible if needed, later start time 4-10's, etc) (No Weekends)

North Eugene Automotive, a trusted and locally owned repair shop serving our community since 1984, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician (“A or B Tech”) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable professional who takes pride in performing high-quality repairs and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Proven ability to perform consistent, high-quality repairs on all makes, models, and years of vehicles.

Strong diagnostic skills, particularly with electronic and electrical systems.

Hands-on experience with:

Engine and performance issues

Drivability problems

Suspension and brake systems

Cooling and A/C systems

Vehicle inspections and overall diagnostics

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Own and maintain a full set of professional tools.

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Reliable, honest, and drug-free.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

ASE certification preferred but not required—we’ll support your training and certification.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience (required)

Valid driver’s license (required)

Ability to commute to Eugene, OR or relocate prior to starting
