Cabinet Installer / Punch Worker $20 - $24/hr.

Lanz Cabinets is currently hiring a Cabinet Installer / Punch Worker for the Eugene, Springfield and Salem areas. This position is responsible for completing unit punch walks for cabinets at multi-family construction projects and performing cabinet installation and punch work in a safe, professional, and timely manner. Must be self-motivated. 25 - 35 hours per week.

Travel to worksites is required.

Necessary Skills:

Must be able to read a tape measure

Basic Math skills

Properly use analytical and observation skills

Organize, manage and multi-task work

Read and interpret blueprints

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

May be required to wear PPE and or company apparel, hard hats, safety vests, safety glasses. Field conditions vary from job to job. Regular noise from saws and other machines. This position works with sub-contracted installation crews.
