EXPERIENCED IRRIGATION LEAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22 - $26 +/hour D.O.E

Qualifications for higher pay rates:

Previous successful experience in landscape construction and irrigation

Equipment operation experience; project management experience; horticultural knowledge, including plant identification

CDL License

Description:

Rexius’ Coburg division is seeking a skilled irrigation lead for a full-time, year-round position. This candidate will have experience in irrigation installation and repairs to irrigation systems. Landscaping experience would be a plus. The successful candidate will work in a residential environment.

Daily Tasks:

Complete tasks as directed by the Sales manager

Provide timely and accurate daily worksheet

Help sales manager with job scheduling, material ordering, and customer service

Daily site visits, onsite training of employees, and quality control checks

Irrigation design and project layout

Install irrigation as per plan or as instructed by the sales manager

Requirements:

Valid Oregon driver's license

5+ years installation experience as a crew leader/technician

Back Flow certified or able to get certified within a month after hire

Equipment operation experience such as walk behind trencher. The following machinery experience would be a plus, ride on trenchers, skid steers, and excavators.

Self-driven with a teacher mentality

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Attention to detail

Superb customer service skills

Awareness of the proper care, use, and maintenance of tools

Punctual and reliable

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
