- Arrive at the office to collect daily work orders

- Ensure all necessary tools and supplies are on the truck and inventory is fully stocked

- Interact professionally with customers

- Perform thorough inspections, including taking before and after photos

- Clean chimneys and pellet stoves efficiently, leaving customers’ homes spotless

- Maintain a high standard of integrity to ensure fireplace safety
