Construction Forklift and Mobile Crane Operator

We have immediate openings for Construction Operators, for projects in Oregon Washington, California and other sites nationally. Phillips & Koch is looking for candidates with the ability and desire to efficiently produce quality work. Candidates must be strong communicators with a team-player mentality and be able to complete the responsibilities below.

Responsibilities:

- Operate equipment safely and with precision.

- Work at remote work sites safely and deliver quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment.

- Be a team player—able to work well with others to accomplish a common goal.

- Use appropriate equipment safely and proper PPE for each task.

- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

- Install and assemble recycling and wood products machinery.

- Work any shift and weekends when requested.

Requirements for Journeymen applicants:

- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

- Experience in a construction environment and knowledge of safe work practices.

- Certificates showing safety trainings and expiration dates if applicable. (Operators, certified welders, etc.)

- Independent thinker and ability to perform with limited supervision.

- Attention to detail and ability to communicate issues to leadership.

- Physical ability to complete the work.

- Skills to perform work.

- Ability to work at heights with appropriate safety PPE and Equipment.

- Field labor when no operator work is available.
