TK Innovation is looking for motivated individuals seeking to begin a career in the sheet metal construction field. Experience is not required. We are seeking individuals for day shift (Monday -Thursday- 6:00 am -4:30 PM)

Experience in carpentry, production work and steel and aluminum fabrication is helpful; however, experience is not required for entry level positions.

Shop Fabricators must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic. Candidates who are willing to learn and enjoy challenges as well as learning new skills are encouraged to apply. The following are some of the requirements for all shop positions:

· Have reliable transportation

· Be punctual

· Follow direction and work in a team environment

· Read a tape measure

· Problem solve

· Learn how to operate hand tools, power tools and equipment in a safe manner

Some of the daily tasks for this position are…

-Operating press break

-Learning how to program CNC press breaks

-Loading and unloading laser tables

-learning how to operate and program laser table

-Forklift driving

-Palletizing and boxing product

·Loading trucks
