One hair station and one suite available

All About You Beautique is looking to add one more, established hairstylist. This is a part-time to full- time opportunity. The days, times and cost per day are listed below. Choose all or just sum that best fit your needs.

We are a small Boutique Salon located on the south end of River Rd. We have a mix of both chair and suite rental opportunities. We have plenty of parking and easy access from Downtown and Beltline. If you’re looking for more independence for your small business, want to work part-time/full-time and still have a supportive, clean space to work in, consider us.

The chair/ suite is a shared space with the owner and one part-time hairstylist/esthetician.

The hair chair is available:

Monday 8-3 $25/day

Tuesday 8-2 $25/day

Wednesday 8-3 $25/day

Thursday 8-2 $25/day

Every other Saturday (ALL DAY) $35/day

Every Sunday (ALL DAY) $35/day

Requirements:

-Independent contractors license

-Hair license in the state of Oregon

-Business insurance

-Established clientele

-Responsible for your own products

-$500 refundable damage deposit.

-6 month lease, then month to month.

What’s included:

-Access to 500 sq ft suite

-Storage

-WiFi, garbage and utilities.

-Online scheduling through GlossGenius ($48 monthly value)

- snacks, water and coffee for your guests

- private bathroom

- sanitation supplies

-You will share the space on Monday’s with one person, but you will have the entire suite to yourself on Wednesday’s, Friday’s and every other Saturday.

-You will be featured on our website and social media accounts. Facebook and Instagram.

Rent is $700/month, $175/week.

What's include:

-a private bathroom for you and your guests.

-a break space with microwave and refrigerator

-Storage

-Air Purifiers

-reserved parking for leaser and an abundance of parking for clients.

Requirements:

- licensed in Esthetics or hair in the state of Oregon

- Independent contractors license for the State of Oregon

- Liability insurance ($1 million minimum coverage)

-1 year lease is required

- $500 refundable damage deposit

- Leaser is responsible for their own product

- Leaser is responsible for their own payment processing and scheduling

- Leaser is required to keep space clean

- Leaser is responsible for their own laundry.

Each room will have:

- a shampoo bowl/sink

- hair chair

- Styling Station

- Storage
