Road Construction Laborer

Oakridge Sand & Gravel Inc. is seeking a road construction laborer for the 2024 work season. OSG has a backlog of projects stretching into 2024 and is in need of laborers.

OSG is a family-owned company that has been in business for over 48 years. We provide steady work in Lane County with 45 plus hours a week.

OSG has gravel and quarry locations in Oakridge and Noti respectively and operates in a forest road environment. Shovel loader would be loading both private and public right of ways and blowdowns.

OSG offers a competitive wage ($20-22 based on experience) with 401K matching along with industry-competitive medical benefits and a year-end bonus.

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a daily basis.
