Experienced Care Givers Needed!

You will provide care and services to clients in their own homes or community. Specifically, you will assist clients with their activities of daily living.

Responsibilities will include consistent protocols such as:

Apply standard precautions according to the Centers For Disease Control

Use hand hygiene between episodes of care

Use appropriate body mechanics to prevent injury to self or the client.

Follow the clients service plan.

Use appropriate communication with client, clients family and friends and coworkers.

Report any change to client's condition

Record observations, tasks completed and client statements about condition or care.

Apply safety concepts in clients home.

Report signs of abuse, neglect, mistreatment, misappropriation or exploitation.

Demonstrate respect for the rights and property of clients and their family.

Pass a criminal records check

Maintain client confidentiality

Working Conditions

The caregiver will work in clients' home within our geographical service area. The caregiver will provide personal care including medication reminding and housekeeping services to our clients as per the clients individual care plan.
