Caregivers WANTED-$600 Sign-on-BONUS-40 Hours of PTO (Eugene)

We are seeking caring, compassionate, dependable caregivers with experience in working with Adults with Developmental Disabilities to work in NON-BEHAVIORAL Foster Homes.

We Offer:

-$14 Hourly Wage PLUS 25 cents set aside for every hour worked

-40 Hours Paid Time Off after 1 Year

-Raise 2-4 times a year based on Job Performance

-Bonuses - $600 sign on AND $50-$100 every 3 months based on Job Performance

-Incentives (i.e. gift card, gas card)

-$100 for taking the Foster Care Test if you had not already

-$120 Overnight (7pm-7am not required to stay awake)

-Paid Training

-Flexible Hours

Requirements:

-Must have at least ONE month or more direct experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities

-Must pass the Criminal Background Check

-Must have or Must take and pass a basic written Foster Care Test administered by the Lane County Developmental Disabilities Services Office

-Must have current First Aid and CPR
