Auto Mechanic/Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Auto Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

Duties

Diagnosing problems, describe and make the correct necessary repair(s)

Performing maintenance and major repairs

Communicating with clients: Explain problems and answer clients questions

Documenting work performed legibly on the repair order

Keeping equipment running and the shop clean

Skills

3 years auto technician experience, experience in Japanese vehicle is preferred

Problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and customer service skills. You'll also need to be able to use diagnostic equipment and be familiar with electronic control systems

Basic computer and online repair manual skills.

ASE certification is preferred

Job Type: Full-time, expected 40 hour per week M-F
