Seeking summer help: ideal job for OSU student $22/hour to start

Looking to hire full-time and part time summer work doing apartment projects, maintenance and repairs at properties around Corvallis, near campus. Job involves painting, landscaping, cleaning and general labor.

Requirements:

OSU Student with good GPA

Works independently

Must have your own car or truck

Cell phone

Excellent references

Non-smoker

Manual labor experience preferred

Work begins June 17th and goes through mid-September (usually about a week before classes at OSU start). The hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Pay starts at $22/hour with the potential for raises throughout the summer.
