Landscape Maintenance Technician

We are looking for dependable, motivated people to work in our maintenance department. Our company constructs and maintains beautiful, functional, high-end outdoor living spaces in residential and commercial landscapes. As our valued employee, you would be trained in maintaining these special landscapes. We have a unique company with a positive work experience. We have many career employees, who have worked with us for 10 to 25 years. We have not laid off any employees for over 10 years.

We follow COVID-19 guidelines to protect our employees and community. We are quite busy and need people who enjoy physical work and have a good attitude. We work outside throughout the year, in most weather.

Landscape experience is necessary. We work primarily in the Corvallis area.

Generally days end around 4PM, however this is a work until all scheduled work is complete job

Qualifications:

Ability and desire to work safely and commit to a safe working culture

Must be able to comfortably lift 50(+) lbs. repeatedly

Working efficiently and taking direction from crew leader to complete tasks.

Ability to think outside-the-box to solve problems.

Be able to take direction well with an enthusiastic attitude

Strong attention to detail

Desire to learn something new each day

Ability to work with co-workers and public in a professional manner.

Compensation: The pay rate will scale with your experience. ($18 - $19). If you have many years of experience, the pay could be significantly higher. We offer an employer-match retirement plan. (Eligible after 12 months.) We also offer paid time off and supplemental health / dental insurance.
