Job Description

Oregon’s Indoor High Caliber Kitchen is looking for a reliable, motivated Cook to join our kitchen team. We focus on fresh, made-to-order food — never frozen — and pride ourselves on consistency, cleanliness, and quality.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to High Caliber Kitchen standards

Operate kitchen equipment including flat top, charbroiler, fryer, and ovens

Maintain clean and organized workstations

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures

Assist with food prep, stocking, and daily kitchen setup and breakdown

Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff

Maintain a professional and positive attitude during service

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Dependable and punctual
