Front Of House Shift Manager

Sky High Brewing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members. Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts

- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations

- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards

- Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering of supplies

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

- Collaborate with General Manager to develop strategies for improving productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee retention

Experience:

- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, hospitality, or related field is required

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
