Dog Grooming Assistant/Apprenticeship

I am seeking an individual who is interested and invested in becoming a dog groomer. This is an assistant position, with the end result of becoming a groomer. You will learn the in’s and out’s of this trade, starting from washing and drying dogs, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments etc. Gradually we will move to clipping nails, prepping dogs for haircuts and finally to doing full grooming. Im looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, can follow instructions, is comfortable with customer service, and has a patient nature to work with animals. No experience needed, but to understand this kind of work does take time to get comfortable with, realistically for the right fit, grooming full on in a year is the goal with increased pay as a result. The days of business are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 8:00am- 4:00pm (closing time varies) Serious inquiries please reach out with resume and or further questions.
