About the position:

As a Cascade Motorsports salesperson, you'll be at the forefront of our brand representation; promoting and selling a diverse range of recreational vehicles, including Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and Snowmobiles. Your primary responsibility is to engage customers, understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the sales process to find the ideal powersport vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Customer Engagement: Greet customers with world-class service, actively listen to their requirements, and provide knowledgeable assistance to help them select the right powersports vehicle.

-Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of various powersports vehicles in the inventory as well as industry competitors.

-Lead Management: Maintain an organized and regularly updated lead list through the company software system.

-Sales Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with customers to identify their preferences, usage requirements, and budget constraints, offering tailored recommendations accordingly.

-Sales Transactions: Guide customers through the sales process, including pricing negotiations, financing options, and paperwork completion, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory purchasing experience.

-Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals, providing exceptional after-sales support and assistance.

-Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

-Compliance: Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and legal regulations governing powersports sales, ensuring ethical and compliant business practices at all times.

-Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the dealership, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the powersports sales department.

Preferred experience & qualifications:

-REQUIRED: Experience with Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, ATV's, and/or UTV's is REQUIRED.

-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is advantageous.

-Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the powersports or automotive industry.

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.

-Passion for powersports and a genuine interest in helping customers fulfill their recreational needs.

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a results-driven mindset.

-Proficiency in using sales software and computer systems for inventory management and transaction processing.

-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per dealership requirements.

Compensation:

-Commission-based compensation program.

-A minimum pay will be applied if commissions don't meet monthly requirement.

-20% gross profit commission on all major unit sales.

-Once 15 units-sold is met in a single pay period, an additional 5% commission will be earned retroactively.

-Manufacture spiff eligible.
