Spa Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Spa Technician to join our service team. In this hands-on role, you will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on hot tubs and spas for our residential customers. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hot tubs, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and control systems

-Perform routine maintenance, such as water chemistry testing and balancing, cleaning filters, and draining/refilling as needed

-Repair or replace components like pumps, heaters, jets, plumbing elements, and electrical parts across various brands and models.

-Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide usage/maintenance advice

-Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and paperwork

-Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
