Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

We are a well established full-service landscape design, construction and maintenance company based in Bend with 15-20 team members. We’re seeking quality individuals interested in challenging and rewarding career opportunities to work to maintain some of Central Oregon's finest residential landscapes and outdoor spaces. We have a variety of positions available and are willing to train someone genuinely interested in learning and who has the mental and physical ability to perform the work. PT or FT 15-40 hrs/ week (Mar - Nov)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- General labor

- Operating 21" and 36" mowers

- Operating handheld equipment such as edgers, trimmers and blowers

- Identify and pull weeds

- Pay attention to detail

- Ability to work well on a team and have fun!

REQUIREMENTS:

- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.

- Reliable transportation to get to and from work.

- Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours in all elements throughout the season.

- Must have the stamina to work 7-10 hour days in adverse weather conditions.

- Be willing to learn.

- Be able to work on your feet all day and lift 50+ lbs.

- Be neat, clean and professional in appearance. You will be representing an upscale premium landscape company.
