Looking for moving help

Looking for clean dependable moving help. Must be able to lift heavy items. I am moving into my new home and have two storage units I need emptied out. I will be renting a U-Haul truck. Was planning on doing it this weekend but it looks like it's going to rain. So would like to do it Early next week. possibly if we get a break it could be on Sunday a little also.
